Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ABSGROUP INC. (operating as ABS Group; website absgroup.ca) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. ABSGROUP INC. is a Named Alberta Corporation under the laws of Alberta, Canada.
1. Scope and applicable law
This policy applies to visitors of absgroup.ca and to individuals who contact us by email regarding corporate enquiries. This site is a corporate overview. We do not operate user accounts or a customer portal here.
- Email and correspondence. If you write to [email protected] (or another address we publish), we receive your email address, message content, and any other details you choose to include.
- Technical / server logs. Our hosting environment may record standard connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and user agent, for security, abuse prevention, and reliable operation.
- Fonts and similar delivery. This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC). Your browser may contact Google’s servers and share technical data such as IP address and user agent. We do not control Google’s processing; see Google’s privacy documentation.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send government ID numbers, health data, or similar material by email unless we expressly request them for a defined engagement.
3. Purposes of use
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and conduct legitimate business communications;
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and related infrastructure;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and those of others.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing pixels on this site.

Our own scripts on absgroup.ca do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential operation may rely on ordinary browser and server behaviour (for example, TLS sessions). Because we do not deploy non-essential tracking cookies, this site does not display a cookie consent banner. This website is directed to business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy for website visitors; material changes affecting ongoing relationships will be communicated as appropriate.
